O TAE tem por objetivo firmar compromisso entre as partes, de maneira a selar a Negocia\u00e7\u00e3o da Campanha Salarial 2014 apresentada pelo quadro de associados do SINSERV.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"243p9-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"243p9-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"243p9-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"3ndli-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"3ndli-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3ndli-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">O munic\u00edpio se compromete a conceder reajuste linear na ordem de 6,78%. Ser\u00e1 em parcela \u00fanica para todos os servidores ativos e inativos, retroativo ao m\u00eas abril\/2014. O reajuste come\u00e7a a ser pago na folha de junho, juntamente com a parcela de abril. Em julho sair\u00e1 a \u00faltima parcela retroativa ao m\u00eas de maio. A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice tamb\u00e9m se dar\u00e1 na antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o da parcela do 13\u00ba Sal\u00e1rio, possivelmente, previsto para final de junho.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"6sj6g-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6sj6g-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6sj6g-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"62bkb-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"62bkb-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"62bkb-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">S\u00f3 relembrando que a Campanha Salarial 2014 n\u00e3o se limita a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do reajuste. O SINSERV garantiu o pagamento da insalubridade para a equipe de Pedreiros e Ajudantes, al\u00e9m de fazer constar no Projeto de Lei que proceder\u00e1 a altera\u00e7\u00e3o das classes dos cargos de Auxiliar de Laborat\u00f3rio, Carpinteiro, Eletricista, Mestre de Obras, T\u00e9cnico em Laborat\u00f3rio e T\u00e9cnico de Radiologia, que passar\u00e3o para o n\u00edvel VI, da tabela de vencimentos.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"942lq-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"942lq-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"942lq-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"54t6h\" data-offset-key=\"6qig4-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"6qig4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"6qig4-0-0\"><span data-text=\"true\">Nesse sentido, o SINSERV envidar\u00e1 esfor\u00e7os cobrando do Executivo a celeridade na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Cargos, Carreira e Vencimentos.
