De acor<span class=\"highlightedsearchterm\">do<\/span> com a <span class=\"highlightedsearchterm\">lei<\/span>, os condutores ter\u00e3o o prazo de um ano para se a<span class=\"highlightedsearchterm\">da<\/span>ptarem \u00e0s novas regras. O ve\u00edculo tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 cumprir exig\u00eancias, como placa de cor vermelha e uso de equipamentos de seguran\u00e7a.
